In an emotional retirement ceremony in Vienna, the showjumping community celebrated the careers of Austrian legend Thomas Frühmann and his 20-year-old partner The Sixth Sense (Zorro T x Grannus-Granit).

“It’s not just a horse. For all of us that are here today, he is a personality,” said Vienna Masters speaker Christian Plettenberg about The Sixth Sense during the ceremony that took place in front of a sold-out Vienna Masters arena.

Germany’s Ludger Beerbaum paid tribute to the 65-year-old Frühmann, saying; "Thomas and Sense will obviously be missed. We've been in big battles, and often with Thomas at the front,” adding to Frühmann: “I hope you will stay with us after The Sixth Sense, no matter if in front or behind the scenes!”
