Equestrian Canada has named the combinations that have qualified to be nominated to compete at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Prior to being named to Team Canada, all nominations are subject to approval by the Canadian Olympic Committee’s Team Selection Committee following its receipt of nominations by all national sport organisations.

For their individual quota slot in jumping, Equestrian Canada has provisionally nominated Mario Deslauriers and Bardolina 2 (Clarimo x Landos, breeder Ute Juergensen) – owned by Mario Deslauriers and Wishing Well Farm LLC.

Two horse-and-rider combinations have been nominated as non-travelling reserves:

  • Amy Millar and Truman (Mylord Carthago*HN x Kolibri, breeder Mlle Aurore Merel), owned by Millar Brooke Farm LTD and Overlund
  • Tiffany Foster and Northern Light (Plot Blue x Contender, breeder Ingrid Ragnarsson), owned Artisan Farm, LLC and Tiffany Foster

The final selection will be announced in early July.
