Rodrigo Pessoa’s term as current FEI Athlete Representative for the discipline of jumping is about to come to an end, and the voting phase for the 2018-2022 Athlete Representative is now open.
The IJRC urges all riders to vote, so that the Athlete Representative will represent and reflect the international jumping community in the best possible way.
The IJRC would like to express its gratitude to its board member Rodrigo Pessoa for all the precious work he has done until now as FEI Athlete Representatives, as this position is really important providing a voice to the jumping community within the global decision-making process.
The FEI Athlete Representative is part of the FEI Jumping Committee, the highest authority for international show jumping, put together to discuss all subjects that is currently in play in the international jumping world. The FEI Athlete Representative is also part of the FEI Athletes Committee, which is formed by representatives across all FEI disciplines.

The election for online voting has just opened, and remains so until 23 September 2018 23:59 CEST (17:59 Tryon, NC time) and the result of the election will most likely be announced to the public on 24 September.
