Dermott Lennon’s former top horse Hallmark Elite has sadly passed away. The 16-year-old gelding by Lord Byron Z x Renville had a long and successful career under Lennon, who developed him all the way from the 6-year-old classes to the very top of the sport.
Together the two competed at the 2010 World Equestrian Games in Kentucky, as well as at the 2010 and 2012 World Cup Finals. Hallmark Elite had numerous wins with Lennon in the saddle; from Aachen, Toronto, Millstreet and Geesteren to mention some – as well as being an important team player in Nations Cups for Ireland jumping a double clear in the 2010 Nations Cup in Aachen as one of the highlights.
