At the age of 33, the legendary Quito de Baussy (Jalisco B x Prince du Cy) has passed away. With Eric Navet in the saddle, Quito de Baussy jumped into the history books when he won the individual and team gold at the 1990 World Championships, as well as becoming European Champion the following year. The stallion also won team bronze at the 1992 Olympic Games, team bronze at the 1993 Europeans and team silver at the 1994 World Championships.

Quito de Baussy was not only a great sport horse, but also a fantastic sire.
