Francois Mathy Jr. has announced the sale of his 14-year-old gelding Uno de La Roque (Numero Uno x Kannan). During their years together, the pair recorded numerous wins and top placings at venues such as Bordeaux, Geneva, Leipzig, London, New York, Prague, St. Tropez, Spruce Meadows and Valence.

On his official Instagram account, Mathy Jr. wrote: "A page has turned with our “little” Uno, after almost 10 years during which we have travelled the world and competitions. Uno, #theone, unique in size, but above all in personality: So much kindness and generosity. You have always given your best and it is this quality that has allowed us to be so successful. You will leave a big void for your whole team Chiara, Pauline, Yann, Ingrid and me. You are now flying to the United States for a new adventure. For us too the road continues, leaving more time to give lessons and find new horses for trade and sport. See you soon and especially thank you Uno."
