Janika Sprunger has welcomed the talented 8-year old mare Gaesbekers Glamour Girl (VDL Zirocco Blue x Caletto I) to her team. With Richard Howley in the saddle, Gaesbekers Glamour Girl recently won a CSI3* 1.55 Grand Prix at Sentower Park. The pair also topped a CSI3* 1.50m class in Zwolle in October, as well as a CSI3* 1.45m class in Lier in September. Last year, the mare jumped at the FEI/WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championship for Young Horses in Lanaken with Charlotte Bettendorf in the saddle – finishing fourth.
To World of Showjumping, Sprunger says: “I am very happy that I have gotten Glamour Girl to ride, and I hope we will develop to be a good match. She fits very well into my group of younger horses, and hopefully I will have a strong team again for the future.”
