Lorenzo De Luca's ride Halifax van het Kluizebos (Heartbreaker x Fetiche du Pas) is now the highest ranked horse on the WBFSH Rolex World Ranking List. The May-rankings show that the 10-year-old BWP-stallion bred by by Stefaan Delabie (BEL), goes from rank two to one on this month's list that counts the results from the 1st of June 2016 until the 31st of May 2017.
McLain Ward's 11-year-old SBS-mare HH Azur (Thunder vd Zuuthoeve x Sir Lui vd Zuuthoeve), bred by Nathalie Beaufort (BEL), is rank two this month after topping the previous list. New as rank three is the 10-year-old KWPN-gelding Creedance (Lord Z x Notaris), ridden by Kent Farrington and bred by Antonio Hassing (NED).
Rank four is now Chiara 222 (Contender x Corronado 3), a 14-year-old Holsteiner mare ridden by Ludger Beerbaum and bred by Günter Schüder (GER). Sergio Alvarez Moya's Arrayan, a 12-year-old KWPN-gelding by Baloubet du Rouet x Grannus bred by Benny Wezenberg (NED), is rank five this month. This is a spot he shares with another KWPN-bred horse; the 10-year-old stallion Chaplin (Verdi x Concorde) – competed by Martin Fuchs and bred by Gerhard Knoop (NED).
On the studbook rankings, BWP holds on to the top position with Halifax van het Kluizebos, Gancia de Muze (Malito de Reve x Nimmerdor) and Hello M'Lady (Indoctro x Baloubet du Rouet) as their three best representatives.
KWPN is still ranked second with Creedance, Arrayan and Chaplin as their top three horses.
Chiara 222, Ornellaia (For Pleasure x Calato) and Cayenne WZ (Claudio x Ramirado) help keep the Holsteiner Verband third on the studbook ranking for May.
