The VDL Stud has this week announced the purchase of the 16-year-old stallion Hardrock Z (Heartbreaker x Carthago Z).
On their website, the VDL Stud writes: “Hardrock Z was purchased together with our American partner Highpoint Farm. The stallion is currently still in the USA but will come to the Netherlands as soon as possible and be available for breeding.”
Under Emanuel Andrade, Hardrock Z jumped at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, at the World Equestrian Games in Caen and at the Pan Am Games in Toronto. With Andrade, Hardrock Z was also regularly placed at five-star Grand Prix level.
From a small number of breedings, the stallion already has offspring jumping internationally such as Hangstone JT Z, Katho, Harakiri Z and Hasj vh Vliegenhof Z.
