IJRC President Francois Mathy Jr. and Beatrice Ottaviani from IJRC will be present in Hong Kong for the occasion.
“The International Jumping Riders Club (IJRC) has been actively involved in the full review of the FEI Jumping Rules, which takes place every four years, contributing its final feedback during the consultation phase to ensure that riders’ perspectives are properly represented in the decision-making process,” IJRC explained.
IJRC made several suggestions to the FEI rule changes, focusing on prize money distribution, extra fees, wild cards for U25 riders, as well as challenging the finality of field of play decisisions and how blood detected on horses should be judged.
