Dutch showjumper Jeroen Dubbeldam, the current World and European Champion and Olympic gold medal winner in Sydney, is proud to announce that leading Swiss watchmaking brand Rolex has become his new sponsor.

With this partnership Jeroen Dubbeldam will become a Rolex Testimonee, joining other top athletes promoting the brand. Dubbeldam has long appreciated Rolex for their ongoing support of the leading equestrian events in the world for over half a century.

“This support from Rolex, a global brand, is a wonderful acknowledgement. From a young age, I have associated Rolex with the highest quality, and this combined with Rolex’s long-term and stylish support of the world’s leading equestrian events makes Rolex extremely special for me. I hope to contribute further to this,” said Dubbeldam.

Rolex is the main sponsor of various top equestrian events, including CHIO Aachen (Germany), Spruce Meadows Masters Calgary (Canada), CHI Geneva (Switzerland), and Indoor Brabant in ’s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands).

Jeroen Dubbeldam is only the second jumping rider in the world ever to win the Olympic title, the World title and the European title. The first was the German showjumper Hans Günter Winkler in the 1950s. After winning the gold medal at the Olympics in Sydney, Jeroen Dubbeldam won the individual gold medal at both the World Championships and European Championships in 2014 and 2015. In addition he won team gold at both occasions as well. He had also previously won team gold at the 2006 World Championships in Aachen with the Dutch team and team gold at the European Championships in Mannheim in 2007. Dubbeldam’s impressive list of victories also includes the two most prestigious Grand Prix events in the world, in Aachen and Calgary.
