The USA’s Stella Wasserman, 20, has taken over the ride on the 10-year-old mare Myla (Crunch 3 x Quadros, bred by Norbert Scheel).
Produced by Ismael Garcia Roque (ESP) and Sergio Alvarez Moya (ESP), Myla has been hugely successful with current world number one Kent Farrington (USA) in the saddle. Among their many successes, Farrington and Myla won the CSIO5* 1.60m Turkish Airlines-Prize of Europe at CHIO Aachen (GER) last summer.
“Myla is just a pleasure to work with,” Wasserman, who last week did her five-star debut with the talented mare, told World of Showjumping. “She is really a lovely horse, so willing to work with you at every turn and so eager to do her job and please her rider. Currently, we are just trying to form a relationship and a good partnership and that will take us where we want to go. We are in no rush on things, because first I want to make sure we are in a good place before we aim for certain things.”
