Italian rider Filippo Marco Bologni has a new star in the stable: The 15-year-old stallion Lacan 2.
The Oldenburg stallion by Lando x Contender has since 2012 been competed by German rider Patrick Stühlmeyer, and together the pair won the CSIO5* Grand Prix of Sopot in 2016, the CSI4* Grand Prix of Wiesbaden in 2016, the CSI3* Grand Prix of Frankfurt in 2014, as well as jumping double clear rounds in the Nations Cup of Sopot, Al Ain and Copenhagen for Team Germany during their time together.
"It is the first time I have come to ride a horse with such great experience from big events like Aachen and Calgary, just to name a few examples. Now Lacan and I have to form a partnership, but I'm really optimistic – the premises are really exciting,” states Bologni in a press release.
