The now 14-year-old Oldenburg gelding Lord Pepsi (Böckmann's Lord Pezi x Santander H) will in the future be seen with Brazil's Felipe Amaral.
"I’ve been following Lord Pepsi with Paul Estermann for a while, and his quality and consistency in all their Nations Cups appearances always caught my attention," Amaral comments to World of Showjumping. "I was very lucky to have the Greenlees-family supporting me on this new partnership. We will start showing next month in Spain and I’m thrilled to have him in my string for the 2020 season. I would like to once more thank the owners for this, and also Paul Estermann for this incredible horse."
With Switzerland's Paul Estermann in the saddle, Lord Pepsi has been campaigned successfully at the highest level of the sport. The pair competed at the 2019 Longines FEI European Championships in Rotterdam, as well as the 2018 Longines FEI World Cup Finals in Paris and the 2016 Longines FEI Nations Cup Final in Barcelona. At their last international appearance together, in October 2019, they pair placed third in the CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix in Samorin. During their career together, the pair took victories in Falsterbo, Lyon, Vermezzo and also has several top-three finishes at five-star level to look back at.
