After an almost two year long absence from the international rings, Monte Bellini (Montender x Ramiro) made his comeback today at Knokke Hippique. The 13 year old stallion’s last show was in Falsterbo in 2013, but today he was back jumping the opening 1.40 class at the Belgian event.

"I am very excited to have Monte Bellini back. After such a long break I expected him to maybe be a bit stiff or spooky in the ring, but he just continued where we left off two years ago. He is such an amazing horse! I am so happy he is back, and just pray that he continues to stay fit and sound,” Philipp says to World of Showjumping.
