Another leg of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ in Europe Division 1 has been taken off the 2021-calendar; this time the Swedish stop of the series – which was scheduled for the traditional CSIO5* event in Falsterbo in July. Due to the national Covid-19 restrictions, the organisers have announced that the sports program for 2021 will look slightly different than usual. Although there will be international jumping classes, including a Grand Prix, the Nations Cup is not on the 2021-program. 

Following cancellations of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ at both Hickstead and Dublin, Falsterbo is the third of the seven legs in Europe Division 1 to be cancelled for 2021. The five remaining legs of the series will be staged in St. Gallen (3-6 June), La Baule (10-13 June), Sopot (17-20 June) and Rotterdam (1-4 July) – all important events in the preparation for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in August.
