The Brazilian Equestrian Federation has announced a change on their jumping team for the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Luiz Francisco de Azevedo and Comic (Verdi TN x Heartbreaker) will unfortunately miss out on competing as part of the Brazilian team, as the 14-year-old stallion has sustained an injury.
New on the team listing is Pedro Veniss with the 17-year-old Quabri De L'Isle (Kannan x Socrate de Chivre), who will be joining Marlon Zanotelli and VDL Edgar (Arezzo VDL x Marlon), Rodrigo Pessoa and Carlitos Way (Casall x Lordanos), Yuri Mansur and QH Alfons Santo Antonio (Aromats x False Pass) as well as Bernardo Alves and El Torreo de Muze (Taran de la Pomme x Vigo d'Arsouilles) for quarantine in Aachen prior to departure to Tokyo.
