The 14-year-old Australia-bred Oaks Redwood (ASB Conquistador x Oaks Miss Scarlet) will in the future be seen under USA’s Jennifer Gates.

Australia’s Stephanie Tucker brought the gelding up to international level, before her compatriot Billy Raymont took over the reins at the end of 2017. Raymont and Oaks Redwood impressed at the World Equestrian Games last year where they went all the way to the individual final, and that turned out to be their last show together. Eurohorse bought the gelding shortly after, and Belgium’s Jos Verlooy competed him for the remains of 2018 – with a third place at the CSI5*-W Stuttgart German Masters and a fourth place at CSI4* Jumping Indoor Maastricht as highlights.
