Poden Farms has today announced that Irish rider Cameron Hanley will be joining their team.

On their website, Poden Farms writes:

"After another incredible season for Poden Farms, including winning the title in both the Global Champions League with their team the London Knights and the Global Champions Tour individual rider with Ben Maher, we are pleased to announce more good news.

Poden Farms is excited to welcome Cameron Hanley to our team. Cameron, who has had a hugely successful career himself, will be contributing as both a trainer for Emily Moffitt, alongside Ben Maher, and as a rider.

“I am very happy to have Cameron join the team,” Neil Moffitt, owner of Poden Farms states. “He has exemplary qualities that we have been looking for, not limited to his riding skills, but also his ability to assist in the training of my daughter Emily. We have a vast array of fantastic horses and look forward to what the future holds for all of us.”

Poden Farms has achieved great success with Ben Maher both as a rider and as a trainer. Under his tutelage, Emily has accomplished incredible things, from the GB team win in Dublin to multiple wins for the London Knights. Cameron will work closely with Ben to help Emily continue to achieve her goals for the 2020 season and to develop top Grand Prix horses for Poden Farms. We look forward to this new partnership and the expanding success of Poden Farms."

Hanley, now 46, can look back at participation at two World Equestrian Games as well as three European Championships. The Irish rider has also produced countless of horses up to the very highest level of the sport, and has a long list of international Grand Prix and Nations Cup victories on his record.
