Marc Bettinger’s long time partner Quannan-R (Kannan x A Lucky One), will be retired from the sport to focus on his breeding duties. The stallion, now 16-years-old, will according to studforlife.com be stationed at Élevage de Septon.

With Bettinger in the saddle, Quannan-R took several Grand Prix victories during his career: In 2012 the two won Grand Prix competitions in Oliva, Vidauban and Magna Racino, in 2013 the Grand Prix in Dinard 2013 and in 2014 twice the Grand Prix in Magna Racino.
