Scuderia 1918 – an Italian company founded by Emanuele and Maria Anchisi, Italian entrepreneurs and passionate horse owners – has purchased 50% of the 11-year-old-stallion Halifax van het Kluizebos (Heartbreaker x Fetiche Du Pas).
In this new partnership between Scuderia 1918 and Stephex Stables the stallion will stay with Italian top rider Lorenzo De Luca for good, competing under the name of Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebos.
“This clause has not been hard to obtain because Stephan Conter holds Lorenzo in great esteem," said Emanuele Anchisi, co-founder of Scuderia 1918 and new co-owner of this phenomenal BWP stallion, in a press release.
Lorenzo De Luca will therefore still be able to count on Halifax van het Kluizebos for the future. Together the pair won this year's CSIO5* Grand Prix of Rome as well as taking big victories in Mexico, Miami, Cannes and Paris last year.
Next to his sport career, Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebos, will continue with his breeding career at Stephex Stables.
