The Swedish Equestrian Federation has announced its team for the 2023 FEI Jumping European Championship, which will take place in Milan, Italy, from 29 August – 3 September this year.
The Swedish team consists of the following five horse-and-rider-combinations:
- Henrik von Eckermann and Iliana (Cardento 933 x Gentleman, breeder J.A.M. Bocken, owner Dufour Stables)
- Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and Zuccero (VDL Zirocco Blue x Caretino 2, breeder Hanno Koehncke, owner Holsteiner Verband)
- Jens Fredricson and Markan Cosmopolit (Cohiba x Calido I, breeder Sören Savgren, owner Interbreed/Strömsholms Marketenteri)
- Petronella Andersson and Castres van de Begijnakker Z (Coriano x Palestro vd Begijnakker, breeder Ann Keisse, owner Stephex Stables)
- Wilma Hellström and Cicci BJN (Ci Ci Senjor Ask x Tornesch 1042, breeder JM Sohlman, owner WH Sporthorses)
