Ultimo van ter Moude (Capitol I x Major de la Cour) has been brought to the Netherlands by Stal Hendrix, and the now 19-year-old grey stallion will become available for European breeders. Ultimo van ter Moude, an elite stallion by the Belgian BWP and approved by Selle Francais, is now located at Stal Hendrix in Kessel.
Ultimo van ter Moude is one of the last living approved sons of Capitol I. He was very successful in America at Grand Prix level under Todd Minikus. The duo won, amongst others, the North Coast Jumper Classic Grand Prix, the Grand Prix Beacon Hill and the Grand Prix Welcome Stake North Coast Jumper Classic.
As a young stallion he was stationed in France where he was available for breeding. From only a limited number of coverings he brought many good horses. The most famous four Grand Prix horses of Ultimo van ter Moude are Quechua d'Emeraude (Simon Delestre), Pierre Ville Rouge (Edwin Smits), Ramona Flobecq (Andre Thieme) and Quartz Rouge (Jerome Hurel).
