Wilton Porter has announced the sale of his top horse Caletto Cabana (Cassini I x Capecanaveral) to Qatar Equestrian. 

Together, Wilton and the now 13-year-old Holsteiner gelding represented the US in Nations Cups in Falsterbo, Hickstead and Wellington where they were double clear to help the team win. They also placed in Grand Prix classes at CHI Donauschingen, Samorin, Wellington and Deeridge in 2019.

“I am very proud of what I accomplished with Caletto Cabana. Though I’ll miss him, I’m excited to see what the future has in store for my long-time partner. Jeroen (Dubbeldam) and I are looking forward to finding more super stars to develop to top sport!” says Porter.

Wilton and his brother Lucas will be competing in Wellington, Florida this winter before returning to their Sleepy P base in Weerselo, Netherlands in April.
