Brazilian rider Yuri Mansur has announced the retirement of his 14-year-old mare Babylotte (Dollar du Murier x Concorde). The mare finishes her career due to a tendon injury. 

Together, Babylotte and Mansur won the CSIO5* Longines King George V Gold Cup at Hickstead in 2017, where they also were on the winning Brazilian Nations Cup team. In 2016, the pair helped Brazil top the CSIO5* Longines Challenge Cup in Barcelona. 

In a tribute to the mare on his official Facebook page, Mansur writes: “I would like first of all to thank this friend who accompanied me for five years and ignored all her limits to help me realize my dreams!”
