CSI4* Equiseine Rouen 2019

The French have been on flying form at CSI4* Equiseine Rouen this weekend, and in Sunday's 1.60m Grand Prix three home riders took to the podium.

Best of all was Max Thirouin (FRA) on Utopie Villelongue (Mylord Carthago*HN x Calypso d'Herbiers) who snatched the win from Felicie Bertrand (FRA) on Sultane des Ibis (Quidam de Revel x Elan de La Cour) by 0.7 seconds. In third place followed Jacques Helmlinger (FRA) on Icarus Vd Bisschop (Lord Z x Elmero B) while Gregory Cottard (FRA) completed the French domination as fourth placed with Bibici (Norman Pre Noir x Nelfo du Mesnil). The only non-French rider in the top five was Louisa Müller (GER) on Salitos (Spaceball x Prestige Pilot), who finished fifth with the last double clear of the class.
