Andrzej Oplatek (POL) won Saturday evening's 1.55m Stall Römerhof Championat in Salzburg riding Stakkatan (Stakkatol x Kannan). It was Oplatek's second win of the day as he also went to the top in the European Youngster Cup U25 World Final, then riding Conthinder (Conthargos x Nintender).
Finishing the jump-off course in 41.57 seconds, Oplatek was 0.78 seconds ahead of runner-up Shane Breen (IRL) with Compelling Z (Chellano Z x Carthago Z). Third place went to Michael Whitaker (GBR) with Flinstering (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Ekstein), followed by his nephew William Whitaker (GBR) with RMF Cadeau de Muze (Nabab de Reve x Almeo) in fourth. Fabio Brotto (ITA) took the fifth place with Vanita’ Delle Roane (Berlin x Ahorn Z).
