Darragh Kenny and Go Easy de Muze win CSI3* Nicollin Grand Prix of Montpellier

Ireland's Darragh Kenny and the 11-year-old gelding Go Easy de Muze (Vigo d'Arsouilles x For Pleasure) won Sunday's CSI3* Nicollin Grand Prix of Montpellier. 

The pair was one of seven moving on to the jump-off in this 1.50m Grand Prix counting for the Longines Ranking, out of a field counting a total of 49 horse-and-rider combinations. Against the clock, Kenny was the fastest of all with his time of 40.92 seconds.

The rest of the top five was filled by home riders: Guillaume Batillat ended second on Denitha (Vingino x Goodwill) with a time of 41.78 seconds in the jump-off, while Axel van Colen had the last double clear in 43.77 aboard Silhouette Island (Stakkatol (de) Old x Balou du Rouet). Julien Gonin and Soleil de Cornu CH (Qredo de Paulstra x Le Tot de Semilly) finished fourth with one down in the jump-off, and Aldrick Cheronnet fifth with Uris de La Roque (Capital x Quick Star) – also he on a score of four faults.
