H.H. The Amir’s Sword 2026 in Doha, Qatar, concluded on Saturday with a British win in the CSI5* 1.50m ranking class, where Millie Allen (GBR) and the 10-year-old mare Quick Diamant HR (Diamant de Semilly x Quidam de Revel) took the top honours.
Besting a field of 27, Allen and Quick Diamant HR clocked the winning time of 62.47 seconds, taking the win ahead of Sira Martinez Cullell (ESP) and Texas (Tornesch 1042 x Robin Z), who had to settle for the runner-up spot with their time of 64.95 seconds.
Ines Joly (FRA) aboard Come On Z (Comme Il Faut 5 x VDL Zirocco Blue) completed the podium in third when crossing the finish line in 65.51, while Hasan Senturk (TUR) with Avant Toi (Flyinge Quite Easy 958 x Narcos III) finished fourth in 65.63 and Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) with Elysium (VDL Zirocco Blue x Coronado 3) fifth in 66.85.
