Jörne Sprehe (GER) and the 10-year-old stallion Toys (Toulon x Quidam de Revel) took the top honours in Sunday's CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix at the Danube Champions Tour in Šamorín.
Thirteen of the 49 horse-and-rider combinations at start made it through to the jump-off where Sprehe stopped the clock at 39.54 seconds to take the win. A little over a second behind followed Lilly Attwood (GBR) and Cor-Leon vd Vlierbeek Z (Calvaro F.C. x Omar), to take the runner-up spot, while a time of 40.67 put Fanny Guerdat Skalli (FRA) and Henzo des Montats (Vagabond de La Pomme x Lucifer) third.
With a time of 41.01 seconds, Lucas Porter (USA) and Kentucky N (Carrera VDL x Cassiano 3) finished fourth, followed by Niels Bruynseels (BEL) and Origi vd Vosberg (Echo Van T Spieveld x Clinton) in fifth after the two clocked a time of 42.17 seconds in the jump-off.
