It was a Norwegian win in Saturday's Championat of Munich, as Johan-Sebastian Gulliksen went to the top.
Aboard the 9-year-old Charleville (Quasimodo Z x Lancelot), Gulliksen was the fastest of the sixteen riders qualified for the jump-off in this class that counted a total of sixty pairs. The victory came by almost a second, and behind the Norwegian 20-year-old followed an army of home riders that has come strong in force for the CSI4* Munich Indoors 2016: Jan Wernke ended second on his faithful Queen Mary (Contendro I x Caretino) while third place in this 1.50 competition went to Christian Kukuk on Limonchello NT (Lord Caletto x Calido I).
Gulliksen has been in top form in Munich, and also finished second behind Great Britain's Ben Talbot in Friday's 1.45m Prize of J.J.Darboven.
