It was Germany's Maximilian Schmid that won the European Youngster Cup stage in Jakubowice, riding the nine year old Cepetto (Cornet Obolensky x Lavall II). Only two riders reached the jump-off; the other one being Poland's Maksymilian Wechta on Celtia II (Balou de Rouet x Grandeur). Germany's Friso Bormann ended third after four faults in round one on Crazy Como (Calido x Crazy Coctail).

With the win, Schmid secured himself a spot in the final that takes place at the Mevisto Amadeus Horse Indoors.
