Sunday's CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix presented by Stephex Horsetrucks in Gorla Minore, Italy, went to Belgium's Pieter Clemens and the 15-year-old Emmerton (Silvio I x Sam R).
With a time of 43.67 seconds, Clemens and Emmerton took the win ahead of their compatriots Jos Verlooy (BEL) and Origi (Indoctro x Darco) in second in 45.76 after a jump-off of fifteen horse-and-rider combinations.
Clocking a time of 46.31, Aurelien Leroy (FRA) and Croqsel de Blaignac (Ugano Sitte x Rubynea) placed third, followed by Jose Maria Larocca (ARG) and Abril Iconthon (Conthargos x Clinton) in fourth in 47.57. Abdullah Mohd Al Marri (UAE) and BBS McGregor (Cardento 933 x Mark Twain) completed the top five, after finishing with a time of 50.11 seconds.
