Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida (POR) and the 11-year-old mare Karonia.L (Harley x G-Ramiro Z) topped Sunday’s CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix – a competition counting for the Longines Rankings Group B – at the 2026-edition of Toscana Tour in Arezzo, Italy.
Besting a field of 50, the Portuguese rider clocked the winning time of 35.79 seconds, taking the top honours ahead of Nicolas Sers (FRA) and Eleven de Riverland (Kannan x Diamant de Semilly), who had to settle for the runner-up spot in 36.21. Thomas Ryan (IRL) on Jezebeau BC (Thunder vd Zuuthoeve x Vancouver d’Auvray) placed third, followed by Gerrit Nieberg (GER) with IB Queen (Quasimodo Z x Whistler) in fourth and Sara Brionne (FRA) aboard Grand Duc du Paradiso (Vagabond de La Pomme x Toulon) in fifth.
