Roger Yves Bost (FRA) and Sangria du Coty (Quaprice Bois Margot x Muguet du Manoir) went all the way to the top in the CSI4* Grand Prix at Hubside Jumping International Valence.
Seven horse-and-rider combinations qualified for the jump-off where only three riders managed to clear the course for a second time. Bost stopped the clock in 38.14 seconds, way faster than runner-up Dayro Arroyave (COL) with Jimcy du Lys (Quincy/Quaprice x Venu du Theuil) – that crossed the finish line in 41.45 seconds.
Third place went to Brazil’s Yuri Mansur and Casantos (Carthino Z x Orlando), that finished the shortened course in 43.35 seconds. Fourth place went to Lucas Porter (USA) with C Hunter (Cassini II x Corland) that was the fastest four-faulter with his 37.87 seconds. Porter was followed by Titouan Schumacher (FRA) with Atome Z (Amadeus Z*Brimbelles x Toulon) in fifth.
