The Dutch super talent Sanne Thijssen won the 8-horse jump-off in Sunday's CSI3* Grand Prix in Vilamoura. Riding Con Quidam RB (Quinar x Cardino), Thijssen was more than a second faster than American runner-up Reed Kessler on Cos I Can (Olympic Lux x Harlequin du Carel) who crossed the finished line after a round of 47,10 seconds.
Third place went to Kessler's compatriot Kerry Mc Cahill on the 9-year-old Charly Chaplin S (Harley VDL x Burggraaf), as the last combination to produce two clear rounds. Belgian rider Celine Schoonbroodt-De Azevedo was the fastest rider on four faults riding Zamora (Quasimodo Z x Nimmerdor), while the fifth place went to Switzerland's Beat Mändli with Simba (Toulon x Argentinus).
