The third week of H.H. The Father Amir's Prix 2026 – a part of the Doha Equestrian Tour 2026 – at Al Shaqab in Doha, Qatar, concluded on Saturday with the CSI5* 1.60m Grand Prix, where the current world number two Scott Brash and the 11-year-old mare Hello Mango (Untouchable 27 x Numero Uno) took the top honours.
Nine from the 37 horse-and-rider combinations at start in Sunday’s Grand Prix – a competition counting for the Longines Rankings Group AA – cleared the first-round track set by Peter Schumacher (GER). In the deciding jump-off, Brash and Hello Mango clocked the winning time of 44.47, topping the podium ahead of Gerfried Puck (AUT) and Equitron Naxcel V (Balou du Rouet x Landetto) in second in 44.92 and Abdulrahman Alrajhi (KSA) aboard Ventago (Van Helsing x Hunter’s Scendix) in third in 45.04.
With a time of 45.05 seconds, Janne F. Meyer-Zimmermann (GER) and Cellagon Cascais (Colestus x Carrico) finished fourth, followed by Eve Jobs (USA) aboard Canto Bruno (Cantoblanco x Quality 9) in fifth in 46.31.
The second CSI5* class of the day, a 1.45m counting for the Longines Rankings Group D, went to Abdullah Alsharbatly (KSA) and Böckmann’s Lord Pezi Junior (Böckmann’s Lord Pezi x Quattro 7) ahead of Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) and Julius.D (Arezzo VDL x Gelha’s VDL Emilion) in second and Gerfried Puck (AUT) aboard Idiaal Special H.J. (Falaise de Muze x Carinjo) in third.
