It was a German win in Sunday's CSI3* Grand Prix at the Riviera Sun Tour in San Giovanni in Marignano, with Simone Blum and DSP Alice (Askari x Landrebell) on top.
Blum and nine others moved on to the second round against the clock in this 1.50m Grand Prix that counted a total of fourty riders. Blum was the fastest aboard the 10-year-old mare stopping the clock on 42.89 seconds. More than six seconds behind Blum followed Keith Shore (GBR) riding Mystiv Hurricane (Tornado x Magic Motion) while French rider Edward Hely ended third aboard Urhelia Lutterbach (Helios de la Cour II x Emilion) with one time fault from the first round.
Wout-Jan van der Schans (NED) and Fabio Crotta (SUI) rounded off the top five.
