Press release from Al Shira’aa International Horse Show, edited by World of Showjumping

Under the Honorary Presidency of HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Al Shira’aa International Horse Show returns for its 9th edition this week, marking a significant new chapter with its relocation to Al Forsan International Sports Resort in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Across six days, the show will welcome more than 350 horses and 150 riders from across Europe, the Middle East and beyond, competing for a combined prize fund in excess of €700,000. The international programme spans CSI4-W*, CSI2*, CSI Young Horses, CSI Under 25, CSI Juniors, CSI Children and CSI Amateurs.

The entry list for the CSI4*-W competitions includes Omar Abdul Aziz Al Marzooqi (UAE), Abdel Saïd (BEL), Christian Ahlmann (GER), Sophie Hinners (GER), William Funnell (GBR), Joe Stockdale (GBR), Paolo Paini (ITA), Ramzy Al Duhami (KSA), Manuel Fernandez Saro (ESP), Janika Sprunger (SUI) and Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) – among others.
