Bertram Allen's winning ways continued in Wiesbaden today, as the Irish rider went to the top in the CSI4* 1.50 Lotto-Hessen Preis on High Valley 2 (Obourg x Kashmir van Schuttershof ). Allen set the time to beat at 68.46 jumping a trademark effortless clear round in the huge grass ring, and nobody could catch up with him. Closest came America's Lauren Hough on the super quick Royalty des Isles (Zandor Z x Elan de la Cour ) with a time of 68.80 seconds, while third place went to Brazil's Yuri Mansur on Cornet's Dream (Cornet Obolensky x Cordobes I ).
The 1.45 Preis der Wiesbadener Volksbank saw three home riders on top, the best one being Michael Jung on Sportsmann S (Stolzenberg x Calido). Runner-up was Jan Wernke on Lorelli (Lord Pezi x Aldatus), while third place was taken by Andre Plath on AFP's Chantal (Chacco-Blue x Lord Kemm).
