Luxembourg's Victor Bettendorf and the 9-year-old mare Foxy de La Roque (Armitages Boy x Kannan) were the best in Sunday's CSI4* 1.60m Casas Novas Grand Prix in A Coruña, Spain. In the second round against the clock, Bettendorf was the fastest with his time of 39.28 seconds – leaving Spain's own Diego Ramos Maneiro to the runner-up spot aboard Encantado C'SG (Verdi TN x Zeus), in 43.47 seconds.
The third place went to Sweden's Angelica Augustsson-Zanotelli and Deesse de Coquerie (Consul dl Vie Z x Papillon Rouge), who finished in 44.75 seconds. Completing the top five were Ireland's Billy Twomey on Chat Botte E.D (Casall x Darco) in fourth, and Spain's Armando Trapote in fifth aboard Cochiloco PS (Chacco-Blue x Catapult).
