Press release from Longines Tops International Arena, edited by World of Showjumping
The curtain came down on the 2025 Summer Showcase at the Longines Tops International Arena in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands, with a thrilling CSI4* Grand Prix finale that saw nine world-class combinations battle it out in a high-octane jump-off. In the end, it was Willem Greve (NED) and the spectacular Grandorado TN N.O.P. (Eldorado vd Zeshoek x Carolus II) who rose to the occasion, producing a double clear and stopping the clock in a blistering 37.19 seconds to claim the final victory of the weekend on home soil.
Cheered on by a passionate Dutch crowd, Greve and his seasoned KWPN stallion combined power, scope, and efficiency to edge out Natalie Dean of the USA, who delivered a composed and fast double clear with Con Calma (Cascadello x Cancara), crossing the timers in 38.25 seconds for a well-earned second place.
Brazil’s Yuri Mansur and Incanto VDL (Kannan x Indoctro) looked on track to challenge for the win with a scorching time of 36.06, but a single rail down left them in third – fastest of the four-faulters. Khaled Almobty (KSA) and Spacecake (Stakkatol x Kannan) finished fourth, followed by Koen Vereecke (BEL) and Quinoa de la Liniere (Mosito van het Hellehof x Loro Piana Filou de Muze) in fifth.
