Denmark's Zascha Nygaard Andreasen and the 9-year-old mare Primavera (Mylord Carthago x Cornet Obolensky) won Friday's CSI4* 1.50m Belgian Foal Auction Prize at Sentower Park.
The 1.50m class – counting for the Longines Ranking – was judged as a Table A with a jump-off. Fourteen out of the 51 participants cleared the first-round track and joined the deciding jump-off, where Nygaard Andreasen was the quickest with a time of 36.09 seconds. Eiken Sato (JPN) on Chacanno Jra (Chacco-Blue x Kannan) took the runner-up position when the clock stopped on 36.98 for the Japanese rider. Simon Delestre (FRA), Thursday's winner, took the third place – this time with I Amelusina R 51 (Dexter R x Chin Chin). Dirk Demeersman (BEL) on G'Majo van de Caloo Meerschen (Ugano Sitte x Vigo d'Arsouilles) placed fourth and Dominique Hendrickx (BEL) on Floris TN (Quality Time TN x Vancouver) fifth.
