Staying at the helm on the overall LGCT rankings after the fifth leg in Germany is Lorenzo de Luca (ITA), with Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) still hot on his heels. Nine points separate the two riders at this stage. 

Dutchman Harrie Smolders, who secured his second podium position in a row in Hamburg, holds strong in third place on the leader board ten points behind De Luca. Rank four is Martin Fuchs (SUI) and rank five Scott Brash (GBR).
