Edited press release from Longines Global Champions Tour

This week, the Longines Tops International Arena in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands, hosts the 13th stage of the 2023 Longines Global Champions Tour.

On the entry list are both Maikel van der Vleuten and Harrie Smolders, who currently are ranked 1st and 2nd on the LGCT standings ahead of their home leg of the tour. No less than nine out of the top ten on the LGCT championship standings will be present in Valkenswaard; world number one Henrik von Eckermann, Christian Kukuk, Simon Delestre, Pieter Devos, Edwina Tops-Alexander, Malin Baryard-Johnsson and Julien Epaillard will all be competing at the Dutch venue. 

Other top names include Daniel Deusser, Laura Kraut, Marlon Zanotelli, Ben Maher, Marcus Ehning, Scott Brash, Peder Fredricson and Lorenzo de Luca, while home favourites include Jur Vrieling, Sanne Thijssen and Marc Houtzager.
