Laura Renwick (GBR) did not just win one 1.45m class in Vejer de la Frontera, Spain, on Friday – she managed to win both of them.

The first victory came in the CSIO3* 1.45m with two phases where Renwick took the top honours after being double clear and crossing the finish line in 20.44 seconds aboard Dublin V (Vigaro x Calvados/Sable Rose). The runner-up position went to Maximilian Lill (GER) riding G.Breaker (Heartbreaker x Chellano) after he finished phase two in 23.11 seconds. Third place went to Matias Larocca (ARG) with Vodka Star (Nartago x Quick Star), followed by Kevin Jochems (NED) with Carte Blanche (Cartogran x Balou du Rouet) and Elisabeth Meyer (GER) with Lord Pizarro (Böckmann’s Lord Pezi x Stakkato).

Together with Top Dollar VI (Dollar du Murier x Darco), Renwick also topped the CSI2* 1.45m against the clock. After a very fast round in 57.73 seconds, Renwick was half a second ahead of runner-up Sanne Thijssen (NED) with No Fear vd Tichelrij Z (Numero Uno x Heartbreaker). Third place went to Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) with Mogambo (Diamant de Semilly x unknown), followed by Linda Heed (SWE) with Decurio (Diarado x Cornet Obolensky) and Mark Mc Auley (IRL) with Engerupgaards Cezanne (Balou du Rouet x Lucky Light).
