Laura Renwick (GBR) and her 11-year-old gelding Bintang II (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Orlando) repeated their victory from two weeks ago in Sunday afternoon's CSI3* Grand Prix at the Vilamoura Champions Tour.
The British rider was one of eight moving on to the jump-off out of the field of 55, and took the top honours after a blistering fast round in 36.08 seconds. Close behind followed Reynald Angot (FRA) on the 11-year-old mare Symphonie des Biches (Kannan x Damiro B*HN) with his time of 36.19 in the jump-off. Third place went to Luiz Felipe de Azevedo Filho (BRA) and the 11-year-old stallion Chacito (Chacco-Blue x Daimler), who followed in 36.20 seconds – making it tight on top in this 1.50m Grand Prix.
Adeline Hecart (FRA) finished fourth and Andreas Knippling (GER) fifth, both double clear.
