Janika Sprunger was a happy winner of the Longines Falsterbo Grand Prix: "To be honest I did not watch anything of the jump-off. I just tried to concentrate as good as I could. I knew, my horse is not so experienced because she is young but at the same time I knew she had it all to win. I just prayed that I would do everything right. I got a kick when I saw that Dermott Lennon was actually 2 seconds faster than Henrik so I thought that I can make it. I had fantastic trainers around me and they told me what to do so I came in and got everything with the flow and with the plan we talked about before. The horse was so concentrated, sharp, quick and focused so I could really enjoy it and it was really fun. And the crowd and the public makes it even better!"

Henrik von Eckermann ended second and said this at the press conference: "Cantinero has been great the last weeks. He started off very good in Rome where he won and in Rotterdam he was also really good. He was 7th in a fast jump-off there and now to be second - he is really doing his best. I knew already what was waiting for me and I said already when I got out after my jump-off that if I was lucky to be second, but the last rider is going to catch me. And that is how it went. That is the sport. I was too slow and Janika was better today and I'm very happy for my second place."

Charlotte Mordasini started competing for Sweden this year after she previoulsy represented France: "It feels amazing and it feels almost unreal. I have jumped 5* Grand Prix' before, but this was my best so it is just unreal.
