USA's Reed Kessler won Friday morning's CSIO5* 1.45 speed class Bouygues Immobilier in La Baule.
Riding Soraya de l’Obstination (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Skippy-II), Kessler beat home favorite Penelope Leprevost on Nayana (Royal Feu x Narcos II) by 0.66 seconds. Third place went to another French rider; Jerome Hurel on Urano (Baloubet du Rouet x Kannan), who was more than a second behind Kessler on the clock.
