The French team has taken the lead after the first day of competition in Herning. They now lead the European Championships on a score of 3.14, while Great Britain follows in second on 8.18. Third is Switzerland on a score of 8.45. Fourth is Germany on 8.77 seconds, then follows Italy on 8.84 – before Ireland in sixth position on a score of 9.42. Number seven is Sweden, then comes Spain, Holland is number nine and Belgium number ten.
